Director, Corporate Secretary

As SparxWorks Corporate Secretary and co-founder, Sarina oversees the company’s marketing, sales, and content efforts. Sarina’s work is informed by her years of leadership experience delivering award-winning products and services to a wide variety of companies including Leapfrog, Fisher Price, Universal Studios, Knowledge Universe, Walt Disney, and more.

Prior to starting SparxWorks, Sarina was President and CEO of the Knowledge Kids Network, where she worked with Bill Newell. Sarina’s tenure at the Knowledge Kids Network was preceded by a two-year term at Knowledge Universe, where she was Senior VP of Research and Development. In that capacity, Sarina worked on the Mergers and Acquisitions team which identified new business opportunities for the company and conducted due diligence. Sarina came to Knowledge Universe after eight years at Philips Media where she served as President of the Home and Family division. Sarina joined Philips after several years as Editor-In-Chief of Lowell House, a California-based book publishing and packaging company. Sarina came to Lowell House from the Walt Disney Company where she produced non-theatrical films.
